Ingredients
- 12 peanut butter cookies
- 6 tbsp Bonne Maman Preserves
- 2 C strawberry or vanilla ice cream
Directions
Spread about 1 tbsp of preserves on the bottom of 6 cookies.
Place on a plate in the freezer for about 20 mins. Remove from the freezer and place a scoop of ice cream on top of the preserves.
Top with another cookie.
Optional: Roll the edges of the cookies in sprinkles, chocolate chips or other toppings.
For those with peanut allergies, use chocolate chip or other nut-free cookies.
